As a coach, I build long term relationships with athletes where I come to understand what they value, both in and out of sport. Investing in athletes for the long term allows them to progress in ways far beyond one race or one season.

In 1:1 coaching with me, you can expect:

-a completely individualized training plan, built from the ground up with you, your goals, your priorities, your schedule, and your values in mind

-at least 5x weekly training log comments and updates from Lindsey

-unlimited email communication

-unlimited calls scheduled ahead of time on an as needed basis

-unwavering belief that goes far beyond sport, somewhat based in formal training in coaching the whole human via the Coaches Collective C4 Certification.
